1. Promotions and odds
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve the chance associated with any one entry. Every eligible entry included in a draw must receive an equal chance of selection, regardless of entry method.
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries actually included in a draw. Percentages or “chance per entry” shown in the interface are informational and may change as entries are added, removed as invalid, or processed through an alternate free method. No display is a promise that a promotion will fill, draw by a particular time, or produce a winner before all validation is complete.
Participation is subject to the Official Rules, eligibility restrictions, and promotion-specific details. Promotions are void where prohibited. Do not participate if the Service has not presented a free entry method, eligibility terms, and the rules applicable to your location.
2. SWEEP tickets
SWEEP tickets are designed as platform credit used to obtain paid entries and to process certain in-Service refunds or prize sell-backs. It is not equity, debt, a security, a bank deposit, legal tender, or an investment product. Holding SWEEP does not create an ownership or profit-sharing interest in Sweep, any prize, or any promotion.
Sweep does not promise appreciation, yield, liquidity, transferability, or acceptance outside the Service. References to “markets,” “shares,” “holders,” or similar terms are interface labels for promotions and entries, not statements that regulated trading or investment activity is available.
3. Blockchain and wallet risks
Sweep uses smart contracts and third-party blockchain infrastructure. Transactions may be public, permanent, and irreversible. Network congestion, reorganization, RPC failure, oracle delay, software bugs, incompatible wallets, or user error may delay or prevent an action.
You control transactions signed by your wallet. Verify the contract, network, amount, and action before approving a request. Sweep cannot retrieve a lost seed phrase or private key and will never ask you to disclose one. A displayed balance or status may briefly lag the authoritative on-chain record.
Use of cryptographic and blockchain systems involves technical risk. No statement in the Service is financial, investment, custody, or trading advice.
4. Availability and displayed information
The Service may be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate because of maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, or software errors. Product images, progress indicators, countdowns, activity feeds, balances, estimated values, and availability are provided for convenience and should be checked against the applicable promotion details and confirmed transaction record.
Sweep does not guarantee uninterrupted access, immediate transaction confirmation, immediate refund completion, or a particular timing for randomness delivery or prize fulfilment. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
5. Products, values, and delivery
Prize descriptions, condition, delivery type, and any approximate retail value are stated in the promotion details. Retail prices can change, and an approximate retail value is not a guarantee that a prize can be resold for that amount.
Physical delivery depends on a complete, accurate, serviceable address and may be affected by carrier restrictions or events outside reasonable control. Digital prizes may have issuer terms, activation requirements, region restrictions, or expiration dates disclosed with the prize. The applicable Official Rules address risk of loss, delivery timing, substitutions, and any additional costs.
A displayed sell-back option is an in-Service settlement choice, not a representation of market value. The current smart contract calculates it as 95% of the product’s recorded landed cost and pays it in SWEEP. A confirmed sell-back is irreversible.
6. Third-party brands
Product names, logos, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners. Unless a promotion expressly identifies a relationship, the manufacturer, retailer, issuer, Apple, Google, Stripe, Privy, Polygon, Alchemy, and Chainlink do not sponsor, administer, or endorse Sweep’s promotions.
7. Tax and legal information
Winners may owe taxes and may need to provide identity or tax forms before receiving a prize. Entrants are responsible for understanding the tax and legal obligations that apply to their circumstances. Nothing on the Service is a representation that participation is lawful in every location.
8. Test and preview environments
Features presented on a development network, testnet, local chain, or labeled preview environment are demonstrations only. Test balances, entries, products, results, and transactions have no monetary or prize value and may be reset without notice. Do not send real funds or assets to a test contract or address.
9. Non-excludable rights
These disclaimers apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law. They do not waive a right, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived. The Terms of Service and Official Rules contain additional conditions.
